A; oh, I thought you're name was Eric.
B; Eric's my son's name.
A; all right then Brian, you're known for the great number of the jobs in your life. How many have there been? Ten? fifteen?
B; I never know exactly. Around 20.
A' what was your first job?
B; I started as a shop assistant. After a short time I left. The job was really boring! i then worked as a librarian. It was nicer becouse I libe books very much. But soon I had to join the army. I was a solider for 2 years.
A; What did you do next?
B; I started working at the factory in the town.
A; So your next job was as a factory worker?
B; no, I started as a cleaner, then I was a worker, a security guard and even a secretary...
A; These must have been busy years...
B; oh, yes! I worked long hours at the factory for most of the year. And during the holidays I went to the seaside to earn extra money as a waiter.
A; So why did you stop working there?
B; after 10 years a new manager fired most people, and me too. I worked as a postman after that.
