the importance of english as a global language is growing all the time. Of course, there are more native speakers of Chinese than of english - about a bilion compared to about 400 milion. But almost one and a quarter bilion people across the world use anglish as a second or foreign language. And this number is getting bigger every year. English is the international language of politics, business, science, transport, adwertising, the media and computers. For example, approximately seventy percent of websites are in english. Even in countries like germany, almost ninety percent of research scientists use english as their working language every day.

znaczenie angielskiego jako języka globalnego rośnie cały czas. Oczywiście, istnieją bardziej native speakers z chińskim niż angielskiego - około bilion w porównaniu do około 400 milion. Jednak prawie jedna i ćwierć ludzie bilion na całym świecie korzysta anglish jako drugiego języka lub języka obcego. I liczba ta wciąż rośnie każdego roku. Język angielski jest międzynarodowym językiem polityki, biznesu, nauki, transportu, adwertising, mediów i komputery. Na przykład, około siedemdziesięciu procent witryn internetowych są w języku angielskim. Nawet w takich krajach jak Niemcy, prawie dziewięćdziesiąt procent z naukowcami używać języka angielskiego jako języka roboczego każdego dnia.
