1.Carrots are good for your eyes because they contain vitamin A and thanks to her eyes have adaptability to see in the dark.
2.Music is too loud when sounds are played at full volume,then usually your neighbours complain because they (and you) couldn't hear anything,even their (your) thoughts.
3.The clasroom canbe unhealthy place because there could be stale air and a lt of germs left by a cold person.
4.You should eat fish usually twice a week.Fish are very healthy because theycontain asturated fatty acids and not saturated fatty acids omega3 and omega6.
5.Vitamin C often occurs in food like lemon,lime,orange,kalina and cranberry fruit and many other fruit,but the biggest stream of vitamin C is fruit rose.
6.Watching a lot of TV has a big influence on your health because it generally affects your eyes and make your sense of sight worse.
